Service: A digital information service through our platform to provide analysis/reports based on specific methodologies, displayed to the user within the account or sent via email.
Delivery: Making the digital output available within the control panel or sending it to the email registered in the request.
Digital Output: Text/file/display within the account that represents the result of the information service.
Delivery is considered complete when the digital output is made available in the account or sent to the registered email, whichever comes first.
Acceptance of delivery is considered to have occurred when: (a) the user enters the account/views the output, or (b) 24 hours have passed from notification of delivery without technical objection.
Delivery is documented with timestamps, IP addresses, and session identifiers.
By using our platform, you acknowledge reading and agreeing to these terms, the refund policy, and privacy policy, and that the service is informational and not medical.
Our platform provides informational analyses on gender determination/discovery according to methodologies described on the product page. It is not a diagnosis or medical advice, and does not guarantee specific results; the purpose is educational/guidance only.
As a user of our service, you agree to:
Subscription fees are collected in advance and recurring according to the package. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or according to the refund policy below.
All packages (except one-time use) include a maximum limit of two uses per 30-day cycle. Cycles are anchored to your subscription start or activation date.
This limit cannot be exceeded under any circumstances during a single 30-day cycle.
Not applicable to Determine Gender plans. Unused submissions remain available until the subscription end date.
No carryover: Unused uses are not carried over to the next cycle. Each 30-day cycle has a maximum of two uses.
The total usage throughout the subscription period remains the maximum limit according to each package's terms.
Discover Baby Gender subscription:
This subscription gives you 4 uses per month. It ends when either of these happens: All 4 uses are fully used within 30 days, or The subscription period (30 days) ends even if not all uses were used. Note: Any remaining uses after the subscription ends are not carried over or saved.
Users are entitled to request a refund only in the following cases:
In this case, please contact us directly and attach photos and details of the operation for review.
The following is not considered grounds for refund: dissatisfaction with an informational result or expecting a specific result, as long as the delivery matches the description.
The request must be sent within 7 days of the delivery date with evidence (screenshots/description of the difference).
We will review within 10 business days; when the case is proven, refund will be made to the same payment method or we will provide re-delivery/credit balance as we deem appropriate.
We reserve the right to compensate the customer with a free subscription instead of monetary compensation as we deem appropriate.
For the purpose of fraud prevention and proof of delivery, the user agrees to our retention of necessary technical records (timestamps, IP, session identifiers, activity screenshots), according to the privacy policy.
We are not responsible for any indirect/consequential/special/punitive damages resulting from the use of the informational service.
These terms may be updated and the update takes effect immediately upon publication. The effective date is shown at the top of the document.
